Certification
BMGHA offers a certification course of study in paranormal investigation. There are five parts to the course: The first part covers basic philosophical issues associated with paranormal study; the second part covers basic theological issues; the third part covers basic psychological issues; the fourth part covers investigative methods; the fifth part covers investigative tools. The course is designed for the motivated learner, and is not something the average person can complete in a couple of hours. Having completed the course, the Certified Paranormal Investigator will understand and be able to discuss, with confidence, most of the issues that make ghost hunting more than just a walk through the cemetery.
All full-fledged investigators for BMGHA must be Certified Paranormal Investigators. Investigators-In-Training must complete the course during their training. Discussion groups and other forms of help will be available to those involved in the study.
Certification
Nonmembers may purchase a printed copy of the course for $75; there is no further charge for grading or for certification. To purchase a copy, send your contact information to the email address listed on the Contact Us page and an address will be provided for mailing a check.
BMGHA Members may receive the PDF course file for free, but certification--which includes grading--will cost $65.
